This research aims to develop a comprehensive financial plan to support the sustainability and development of PT Get Data Solutions, a mobile telecommunications operator's big data aggregator business. The research focuses on analyzing funding needs and priorities, developing data-based financial projections (profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet), identifying optimal financing sources, assessing financial risks, and formulating effective financial management strategies. The research method used a mixed methods approach with a case study of PT Get Data Solutions. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with management, questionnaires with relevant staff, and operational observations. Secondary data included the last three years' financial statements, business plan documents, and telecommunications industry data. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using the Miles & Huberman model, while quantitative analysis included financial trend analysis, financial forecasting, investment feasibility analysis using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and sensitivity analysis. The results indicate that data-driven financial planning that considers risk can improve profitability, cost efficiency, and company competitiveness amidst the dynamics of the telecommunications industry.
