Eksternalitas Jaringan dalam Ekonomi Berbagi pada Tahap Awal Perkembangan Platform Bisnis Lelang Digital

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan ekonomi berbagi, khususnya eksternalitas jaringan, dalam marketplace digital yang menerapkan model bisnis lelang berbasis online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap pemangku kepentingan, termasuk perwakilan dari organisasi industri, manajemen strategis, dan manajemen teknologi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola terkait perilaku pengguna, operasional platform, serta tantangan teknologi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bagaimana bisnis ini memanfaatkan eksternalitas jaringan dalam mengembangkan usahanya dengan berfokus pada strategi berbasis komunitas serta melayani bisnis yang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola inventaris yang tersendat. Melalui studi ini, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa platform tersebut berhasil membedakan diri melalui model bisnis lelang digital yang inovatif. Namun, untuk mempertahankan bisnis dalam jangka panjang, platform ini bergantung pada akuisisi pengguna, pembangunan kepercayaan, dan efisiensi operasional.
