Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), pelatihan, dan kerja sama tim terhadap kualitas layanan petugas haji dan umrah di Indonesia. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM terhadap 125 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan, sedangkan GHRM dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kolaborasi antarpetugas menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan budaya kerja tim perlu menjadi prioritas utama dalam pengelolaan layanan haji dan umrah
