Abstract

Studi ini berangkat dari rendahnya jumlah pengusaha muda yang telah menyelesaikan studi sarjana di Indonesia. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya untuk memahami faktor yang berdampak pada niat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dampak personal attitude, subjective norm terhadap entrepreneurial intention yang dimoderasi oleh entrepreneurship education. Metode kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan responden mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021. Sampel yang terlibat terdiri dari 81 resaponden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Personal attitude menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention, (2) Subjective norm tidak menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention, (3) Entrepreneurship education tidak menunjukkan pengaruh positif pada hubungan personal attitude dan entrepreneurial intention, dan (4) Entrepreneurship education tidak menunjukkan berpengaruh positif pada hubungan subjective norm dan entrepreneurial intention. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi secara teoritis dalam memperkuat Theory of Planned Behavior dalam konteks kewirausahaan, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk menyusun program kewirausahaan yang fokus pada pengembangan sikap yang positif dan lingkungan sosial yang mendukung, serta mendorong metode pembelajaran yang lebih aplikatif dan berbasis pengalaman.
